1. Who we are & what this covers

Tips8ng — the Football Intelligence Hub (“Tips8ng”, “we”, “us”) provides football statistics, match insights, model-backed predictions, standings, fixtures, articles and video content. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Tips8ng website and any related features you access through it. By using the service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tips8ng lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• scrape, harvest, resell or systematically extract our data or content without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• upload malware, or post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing material;
• misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any team, competition or brand.

3. Accounts & your responsibilities

Much of Tips8ng is available without an account. Some features — such as saving items, following competitions or managing a subscription — require you to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must provide accurate information and meet any minimum-age requirement that applies to you.

4. Community features & user content

Where the service lets you interact — for example liking articles or videos, saving items to a watchlist, or following competitions and teams — you are responsible for how you use those features. If a feature allows you to submit content, you keep ownership of what you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it so the feature can work. Do not submit anything you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

5. Predictions & statistical insights

Tips8ng publishes probabilistic predictions, ratings and statistical analysis. These are informational and for entertainment and analysis only. Probabilities express uncertainty — they are not guarantees, tips to stake money on, or statements of what will happen in a match. Outcomes in football are inherently uncertain and no model is ever correct every time. Some data on the service may be sample or demonstration data. Any decision you make based on our content is your own responsibility. If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly, only where it is legal for you, and only within limits you can afford; help is available if betting stops being fun.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in South African rand (ZAR) by our payment processor, Paystack — we never store your full card details. The price is shown, and you confirm the terms, before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings: no further charges are made and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period already paid for. You may cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Full details are in our Cancellation & refunds policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are not affected by these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Tips8ng name, branding, design, original written content, graphics and the presentation of our models and statistics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution, but you may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our permission. Team names, competition names, crests and similar marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Third-party services & APIs

Tips8ng relies on third-party services — for example data providers, hosting, payment processing and video platforms — and may link to third-party sites. We don’t control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Social media & TikTok integration

Tips8ng may integrate with social platforms, including TikTok, so that football video content can be connected and published through their APIs. If you connect a TikTok (or other social-media) account, you authorise us to interact with that account only as needed for the features you enable, and you agree to comply with that platform’s own terms — including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Developer/Platform policies. You can disconnect a linked account at any time; doing so stops future interactions through that integration. We are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its APIs or policies.

10. Availability & changes to the service

We work to keep Tips8ng available and up to date, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, data or pages at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we’ll change the effective date above, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tips8ng is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that predictions or statistics will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on predictions, probabilities, statistics or other content, including any betting or financial decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension & termination

You can stop using Tips8ng at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — including a specific account or a linked integration — if you breach these Terms, if it is necessary to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue a feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
